INGREDIENTS

Red:

• 1 cup frozen strawberries

• 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

• 2 oz White Lightning Moonshine

• 1 tbsp sugar

• 1 c ice

White:

• 2 oz coconut rum

• 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)

• 1 c ice

Blue:

• 2 oz White Lightning Moonshine

• 2 tbsp blue curacao

• 2 tbsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)

• 1 c ice

HOW TO MAKE

Blend each layer until thick and smooth, cleaning the blender between each color layer. Stir in 1 to 2 tablespoons of water if the consistency is too thick. After each layer, transfer the contents of the blender into a bowl or measuring cup and freeze until each layer has been blended. Pour first layer (about 1/3 c) into a chilled glass, then spoon 1/3 c of second layer over the first, followed by 1/3 c of third layer (gently spooned into the glass).
