INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Apple Pie Moonshine

• 2 oz club soda

• 1 tbsp lemon thyme simple syrup

• Garnish with apple slice and lemon thyme

Apple Pie Moonshine

HOW TO MAKE

Lemon Thyme Simple Syrup:

Mix 1 cwater, 3/4 c sugar and 1 bunch of lemon thyme in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Combine until sugar dissolves, and let simmer for about 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool for half an hour.

Autumn Fizz:

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake well and pour mixture into a cocktail glass filled with ice. Garnish with an apple slice and a sprig of lemon thyme.
