Palmetto Whiskey Sour

INGREDIENTS

  • • 2 oz Palmetto Whiskey

• 3/4 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed

• 1/2 oz simple syrup

• 1/2 oz egg white (optional)

HOW TO MAKE

•  Add Palmetto Whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrupm and egg white (if using) to a shaker, and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.

•  Add ice, and shake again until well-chilled.

•  Strain into a coupe glass.
