Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday-Friday) using FedEx Ground. FedEx Ground’s delivery standard is 1-5 business days without delays. Flat rate shipping fee of $7. Free shipping on orders over $100 (after discounts, before taxes).

Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from palmettodistillery.com, simply reach out to our team within 30 days of your purchase and we will replace your order or issue a full refund minus the shipping costs. Any product(s) returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please be sure to provide proof of purchase at the time of return.
